The Global Disinformation Conference Kharkiv 2026 brings together international scholars, policy experts, media professionals, and technologists to examine disinformation as a systemic global phenomenon operating across conflicts, crises, and digitally transformed information ecosystems.

The conference focuses on institutional, technological, and governance responses to disinformation at international, national, and regional levels, with particular attention to hybrid threats, platform power, and the resilience of democratic systems.

Accepted contributions will be published in the conference proceedings with an assigned DOI and ISBN.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Full Papers (Conference Abstracts): Submissions should describe original research, methodological approaches, or case studies related to disinformation and hybrid threats.

  • Length: 6,000 – 10,000 characters (excluding spaces).

  • Format: PDF.

  • Formatting: Times New Roman, 12pt, 1.5 line spacing.

  • Language: Ukrainian or English.

Усі роботи мають бути оригінальними та не можуть бути подані одночасно на інші конференції чи у журнали. Приймаються матеріали за наступними категоріями:

• Наукові тези: Матеріали мають містити результати оригінальних досліджень, методологічні підходи або кейс-стаді у сфері протидії дезінформації.

  • Обсяг: 6 000 – 10 000 знаків (без пробілів).

  • Формат файлу: PDF

  • Оформлення: Шрифт Times New Roman, 12 кегль, міжрядковий інтервал 1.5.

  • Мова: Українська або англійська.
